Well...this character in the picture is standing right there screaming and the camera zooms into his mouth until you can see that balloon like thing vibrate. It then just zooms out and suddenly this guy's got this extremely sheepish expression on his face and he immediately covers his mouth. The MTV logo appears. I think it went along these lines...kinda weird.
